To ascertain the association of CD271/NGFRAP1 with the development of stem-like cell features in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC); determine the therapeutic potential of NGFRAP1 knockdown in modulating cisplatin sensitivity; and uncover the clinical association of CD271/NGFRAP1 in human recurrent NPC samples.
