Objectives
To determine the predictive power of the attachment rate of a novel human embryonic stem cell-derived trophoblast spheroids (BAP-EB) onto primary endometrial cells isolated in a natural cycle on success of in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment in a subsequent gonadotrophin-stimulated cycle and of frozen-thawed embryo transfer in a natural cycle.
