AbstractThis paper deducted the piezo-constant expression of 0-3 type connectivity according to the basic definition of piezoelectricity, and amended the flaw of T. Furukawa's piezoconstant expression. This makes the theory more correspondent with the experimental results. By means of the analytical methods such as SEM and X-ray, the authors also discussed the mechanism which affects 0-3 type composite piezoelectricity and get three main factors affecting the piezoelectricity.
