Abstract | A solution to broaden image-range and improve imaging resolution with hardware method is presented in the paper. With this method, an eyesight diaphragm is added in the front of the imaging system. Based on optical theory, a large scenery is divided into small segments imaged by one CCD image-system respectively, and the size of the diaphragm is educed. Accordingly each small image-range will be accurately restricted. The feasibility of the method is verified by mathematical deductions and calculations of related parameters and the relative position, relative angle of diaphragms, image collection lens, and CCD, and real time multi-lens image stitching were realized. An integrity geometry model is set up by taking influence of distance change of object into account. Finally, Imaging experiments were conducted by using anterior design. Experimental results show that when the object is placed 2 meters beyond the imaging system, multi-lens image stitching satisfies the demand of practical application. |
