AbstractThe testing of grating spectral intensity distribution was discussed. The testing of semi-split beam grating of DVD was also described. Some methods to improve the stability of data were also introduced. Some aspects that must be taken care of in order to obtain precision data were also illustrated. Findings suggest that ambience must be kept steady during the tests.
