| Abstract | 新疆建省,是清代邊政史中最值得關注的大事之一。龔自珍向有經世抱負,對邊疆史地,尤其是干戈疊起的西北邊疆的情況,一直十分留意,而且洞悉先機,在新疆正式置省前六十多年,已經提出周密的建省計劃。由此可見,龔自珍不是一個只懂空談的思想家,而是一個符合他所說的“能入”、“能出”的經世學者。 |
