Comprehensive Analysis on the Healthy Development Strategy of China's Urbanization

Abstract

In the new are of global economic inte- gration and rapid development of cities, lots of new problems have emerged in the urbanization areas due to the constant expansion of urban spatial area, con- tinuous concentration of industries, crowded traffic, enlargement of the city population size, running off of water and land resources, and deterioration of the environment, which bring challenges to the social economy. How to apply the scientific concept of development and construct a harmonious society during the rapid development period of urbanization in the 21st century becomes an important topic. This paper puts forward the five key strategies for the healthy development of China’s urbanization and dis- cusses relevant issues, wishing to arouse the academic debate among the readers.

在當前全球經濟一體化與城市高速發展的新時代,由于城市空間區域不斷擴大,產業不斷集聚,交通繁忙,城鎮連綿區迭加,城市人口規模不斷擴大,水土資源流失,環境不斷惡化,造成了我國城市化區域許多新的問題以及對社會經濟的嚴重挑戰。本文特別針對在21世紀城市化高速發展時期,如何運用科學發展觀,構建和諧社會,提出了中國城市化健康發展五個關鍵性策略,對有關問題作了深入的探索。
