AbstractTo analyze the various“macro”and“micro”factors that have contributed to the present crisis of the patient - physician relationship in China , and argues that the crisis is ultimately caused by a conflict of interest between patients and healthcare profes2 sionals that has led to a crisis of medical fidelity. To analyze the essential attributes of a fiduciary relationship in order to argue that the patient - physician relationship is best described as a fiduciary one , with medical fidelity as the core value of both the fiduciary model and medical professionalism. To conclude that the loss of medical fidelity implies the demise of the medical profession , and call on healthcare professionals to defend their patients as a fiduciary duty as well as the means to defend their profession.
分析了導致當前國內醫患關係惡化的種種宏觀與微觀的因素 ,認為其中最重要的原因是醫患關係中出現不應存在的 利益衝突 ,最終導致醫患關係出現一種誠信危機。以此為討論起點 ,分析了西方國家的信託模式的七種特徵 ,論證醫患關 系的本質為何是一種信託關係 ,並指出忠誠與守信是信託關係和醫療專業精神的核心價值。在結論中特別指出 ,這種認知 明確了醫療專業在當前的醫患危機中應該扮演的角色和擔當的責任。
