| Abstract | 在全球範圍內，教育政策有著放權的趨勢，學校擁有越來越多的自主權。校長作為學校的領導，其作用就是加突出。本文從培訓i 者的角度，在對校長培訓和專業發展過程中經常遇到的問題和現象進行分析的基礎上，提出了一個持續性的校長專業發展模式。該模式將課程教學、反思與分享以及實踐改進等環節融合在一起，具有一定的彈性、持續性、綜合性，旨在促進校長整體的、持續性的專業發展，從而滿足學校各方面的要求。 |
