Abstract瘦蛋白 (Lepting)是主要由脂肪組織分泌的一種“厭食”激素 ,主要通過誘導厭食和增加能量消耗來達到新的能量平衡。本文從該激素的生物學特性 ,作用機理及其在代謝、繁殖、內分泌調控等方面的作用以及乳源性瘦蛋白的生物學意義等方面予以歸納、綜述。
