Abstract為緩解肝移植中的尸體供肝不足問題,探討活體供肝移植的供肝切除方法。供者男4例,女4例,年齡19~46歲,平均33.1歲。其中5例切取肝臟Ⅱ、Ⅲ段,3例切取Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ段。術中用B型超聲波引導確定切肝界線,應用超聲切割器切開肝實質,切肝過程不阻斷肝臟血流,術中用自體血細胞回輸裝置收集出血并再利用。供者和受者均無手術死亡,術后經過順利。研究結果提示成功的活體肝臟切取技術可為肝移植提供優質的供肝。
