| Abstract | 天水圍青少年的暴力行為大都集中在毆打和傷人這兩項罪行，其他更嚴重的暴力行為如謀殺和強姦並沒有出現。天水圍確實存在童黨問題，但他們只是對受害人使用較低程度的集體暴力以達至「威嚇欺侮」、「強搶勒索」和「報復尋仇」的目的，而童黨之間為了「爭奪地盤」而集體械鬥的事件並不多，至於童黨使用較高程度的集體暴力，懲罰違反「家法」的成員更為少見。 |
