| Abstract | 概 論 社會福利的主要作用是解決社會問題或滿足社會上不同人士的一般或特殊需要。然而社會問題的出現又有它不同的政治、經濟、文化、社會甚至歷史的背景。另一方面,如何界定“社會問題”和“社會需要”也與特定的社會時空相關。本文介紹社會學方面界定“社會問題”的各種理論,以及有關界定“社會需要”的理念架構,以使讀者明了社會福利服務所對應的服務對象。 |
