Abstract | 本文重點評述了無散射區電子輸運在實驗和理論方面的最新進展,內容涵蓋半導體量子點接觸的加工工藝;電導的量子化及其成因;量子點接觸串、并聯后,歐姆定律的遵從性;彈道輸運特性的應用;以及超導量子點接觸臨界電流的量子化。
This paper selects to review the progress in the experimental and theoretical investigations of electronic transport in ballistic regime. The content covers the preparing technique of quantum point contacts (QPC s);the phenomenon and physics of conductance quantization; the applicability of Ohm s law in the network of QPC s;the application of ballistic transport properties; and the quantization of critical current through superconducting quantum point contacts. |
