| Abstract | 香港是英國在19世紀建立的殖民地。“鴉片戰爭”后中英兩國簽訂了1842年的《南京條約》,香港島割讓予英方(注1)。1860年英法聯軍攻陷北京后,清朝政府簽訂《北京條約》,九龍半島成為香港殖民地的一部分(注2)。1898年,中英進一步訂立《展拓香港界址專條》,“新界”地區(注3)租借給英國,為期99年(注4)。1982年,中華人民共和國政府與英國政府展開了關于香港地位的前途的談判,最后達成了《關于香港問題的聯合聲明》(以下簡稱《聯合聲明》),在84年12月正式簽暑。 |
