| Abstract | 對于英國人來說,殖民地時代的香港是'借來的地方、借來的時間',對于香港市民來說,香港的殖民地法律體制則是一個'借來的法制'——一個不屬于傳統或現代中國法律系統的、而是從英倫移殖到香港來的法制。在1984年中英《聯合聲明》簽訂之前,這個法制的前景未卜,和香港這塊殖民地的前景同樣地不明朗,人們都知道它的壽命——正如殖民帝國主義的國度——是有限的,雖然仍未能準確地預測到它何時壽終正寢。 |
