Abstract | A novel conjectured supply function equilibrium (CSFE) based model for GenCos’ strategic behaviors and their interactions in electricity spot market is introduced. On the basis of supply function equilibrium theory, the general and flexible model of supply function, which is more suitable to evaluate potential market power existed in real electricity market, is derived for generators. The conditions of linear supply functions and existence an d uniqueness of market equilibrium are discussed. It is also shown that the proposed model can be used to apply in the market with inelastic electricity demand, and to construct piece-wise supply functions for generation firms easily.
提出了一種新的基于微增響應的猜測供給函數均衡 (CSFE)模型 ,用于構造電力市場中發電公司的策略行為及其相互作用 ,比常用的Cournot模型更為客觀地反映了發電公司潛在的市場力。根據供給函數均衡理論 ,提出一種通用的發電公司優化供給曲線模型 ,分析了優化供給曲線為線性的條件 ,并得出如供給曲線為線性則可以惟一確定市場均衡解。通過在IEEE 6機 30母線系統的仿真 ,說明文中模型可以適用于需求無彈性的電力市場分析 ,并易于構造分段線性的發電公司優化供給曲線。 |
