AbstractGranulocytic sarcomas (GS) or chloromas are uncommon extramedullary leukaemic foci of granulocytic precursors. These tumours are characteristically found in association with acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) and in young adults. The spectrum of imaging features and presentation of this protean entity is discussed.
