Abstract | A technology combining both closed photobioreactors and open folium bioreactors has been developed and is being successfully used to commercially produce the green microalga Haematococcus pluvialis.The alga Haematococcus pluvitalis can produce large amount of astaxanthin,which has important biological activities.The antioxidant activities of astaxanthin have been shown to be over 500times greater than vitamin E.The U.S.Food and Drug Administration has suggested that it is safe for human to eat 250mg /day of the dry alga Haematococcus pluvialis.
通過封閉性光生物反應器和開放式薄層生物反應器相結合的培養技術已經被成功用于雨生紅球藻的商業化生產。雨生紅球藻中富含的蝦青素有重要的生理功能,其抗氧化活性比維生素E高500倍。美國食品及藥物管理局指出,人體每天攝入250mg雨生紅球藻干粉是絕對安全的。 |
