Abstract研究了碳源對隱甲藻 (CrypthecodiniumcohniiATCC30 556)生長及DHA產量的影響。結果表明 :采用單一碳源 ,葡萄糖最有利于隱甲藻生長 ,在 5g/L糖濃度下 ,隱甲藻生物量達到3 13gDW/L ;以甘油作為碳源培養 ,隱甲藻中DHA產量最高 ,為 12 1 2 5mg/L。采用的 4種復合碳源均可促進隱甲藻的生長 ,其中糖蜜 +甘油培養隱甲藻生物量最高 ,達到 3 4 7gDW /L。葡萄糖 +甘油以及糖蜜 +甘油培養均可顯著提高隱甲藻DHA產量 ,分別達到 2 0 4 67mg/L及 183 11mg/L。 The effect of various carbon sources on the growth and DHA yield was determined in Crypthecodinium cohnii ATCC30556.Glucose was suitable to growth,biomass was up to 3.13 g DW/L on medium containing 5 g/L glucose.Glycerol was a favorable carbon source for DHA accumulation,DHA yield increased up to 121.25 mg/L.All four multiple carbon source promoted growth,the biomass of molasses /glycerol increased up to 3.47 g DW/L.Highest DHA concentrations were obtained from media containing glucose/glycerol and molasses/glycerol,were 204.67 mg/L and 183.11 mg/L respectively.
