| Abstract | 目的 比較1種複合體(Dyract)和4種樹脂化玻璃離子水門汀(Fuji II LC,Photac-Fil,VariGlass,Vitremer)在水中釋放氟離子的能力.方法用氟離子選擇電極,分別在第1、 7、30 d直至253 d,測定5種材料固化後標本浸泡溶液中的氟離子濃度.結果除複合體以外的所有材料,均顯示了高的初期氟離子釋放並急劇下降,然後緩慢下降.結論複合體釋放的氟離子比樹脂化玻璃離子水門汀少.對於齲病高發的患者,選擇高氟離子釋放的樹脂化玻璃離子水門汀材料較好. |
