Abstract目的研究机械力对体外培养的人牙周膜细胞骨保护因子(osteoprotegerin,OPG)信使RNA(messenger RNA,mRNA)表达的影响.方法应用细胞加力装置对体外培养的人牙周膜细胞施予间歇性牵张力48小时,原位杂交检测细胞加力前后OPG mRNA的表达.结果机械力作用下人牙周膜细胞OPG mRNA表达下降.结论正畸骨改建过程中,机械力引起牙周膜细胞OPG表达的变化.这一结论为进一步研究人牙周膜细胞在机械力作用下参与骨改建的机理打下基础.
