| Abstract | 通過對當前世界綠色建筑評估法中的主流之一、英國的“建筑研究所環境評估法(BREEAM)”的研究,詳細介紹綠色建筑評估這一概念及其發展過程,以及其對綠色建筑實踐的作用和影響,同時亦從評估這一角度闡述綠色建筑的理念及宗旨。相信這一介紹會對中國建筑工業及市場上綠色建筑實踐的規范化具有一定參考價值。
Through the study on one of the mainstreamingassessment tools in the world-- - the BuildingResearch EstablishmentEnvironmentalAssessmentMethod(BREEAM)in UK,this articlestudies and introducesthe concept and developmentof'green buildingassessment',and itsimpacton Green Buildingpractice.It also gives a descriptionon the philosophyand aim of Green Buildingfrom the pointof view of assessment.It is believedthat thisstudy can providesome referencefor the regularizationof the Green Buildingpracticein buildingindustryand at the market place,and for the establishmentof green buildingassessment methodsinChina. |
