Abstract弓形蟲感染宮內垂直傳播對母體胎兒有很大危害。妊娠母體處於特殊的免疫狀態,即正常妊娠是以Th2型免疫為主,以避免細胞免疫對胎兒的危害;而感染弓形蟲後的機體是以Th1型免疫為主來防禦細胞內寄生原蟲的危害;這兩種免疫反應之間的矛盾造成感染弓形蟲的母體免疫反應的進一步偏移。這種矛盾的免疫現象也與性激素的免疫抑制作用和子宮內局部免疫有關。同時,由於體液免疫各抗體在母體和胎兒的弓形蟲感染宮內垂直傳播中變化複雜,給疾病診治帶來很大困難。
