AbstractThree luminescent multinuclear platinum(II) alkynyl complexes with readily tunable emission characteristics are found to show two-photon absorption (TPA) and two-photon induced luminescence (TPIL) properties, and their two-photon absorption cross-sections have been determined. © 2008 American Chemical Society.
