Web-based resources containing images, tables, texts and associated data on the construction of Mt Davis Road Extension.
The Mount Davis Road Extension was part of the Smithfield Extension and Associated Roadworks which was completed by the Highways Department (Hong Kong S.A.R. ) in December 1997. The considerable increase in traffic volume necessitated the construction of a road link between Smithfield and Pokfulam Road. The construction of an elevated road to improve the intersection between Mount Davis Road and Pokfulam Road has helped to handle this increased traffic load.
