DescriptionThere is a suggestion that learning in schools can be improved. The change might involve debate about information, knowledge, information literacy, knowledge management, information processing models, learning to learn, knowledge building, learning communities, and more. The presenter James Henri will offer some ideas on these matters.
James Henri is Deputy Director in the Centre for Information Technology in School and Teacher Education where he has responsibility for course development in Library & Information Studies. Prior to his current appointment in August 2001 he was Sub Dean in the Faculty of Science & Agriculture at Charles Sturt University (Australia).
