| Description | Due to the request by participants from the previous seminar on 18th of February, 2005, Dr Churchill decided to conduct an additional session. After a brief review of the concepts from the previous seminar, this session will examine issues of design, development and reuse of learning objects. Particular attention will be given to design of conceptual models of subject matter expert’s cognitive resources. Some simple tools for development will also be illustrated. Several contexts for reuse of learning objects will be explored such as on-line student-centered activities and classrooms teaching. In addition, the presenter will emphasize importance of digital libraries for reuse of learning objects. |
