Conference Paper: Lensfree holographic cytometry using plasmonic nanoparticles

TitleLensfree holographic cytometry using plasmonic nanoparticles
Authors
Issue Date2013
Citation
2013 IEEE Photonics Conference, Bellevue, WA, 8-12 September 2013. In Conference Proceedings, 2013, p. 3-4 How to Cite?
AbstractCellular contrast was demonstrated for the first time in lensfree on-chip holography by employing antibody-conjugated gold and silver nanoparticles (NPs) as contrast agents. Cytometric differentiation of CD4+ and CD8+ lymphocytes was achieved, after NP labeling, using machine learning algorithms. © 2013 IEEE.
