| Abstract | 临床遗传学的规范化建立在可靠的临床诊断、准确的遗传实验检测、对结果的专业解读以及严谨的遗传咨询的基础上。从事遗传检测和实验诊断以及临床诊疗和遗传咨询的人员需经过专业的培训和考核认证。培训基地为这些人员提供了规范化和标准化的职业培训教育和服务，帮助其获得相应的专科知识、临床和实验室实践技能。美国医学遗传与基因组学资质委员会(American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics，ABMGG)对从事医学遗传学的实验室人员进行资格认证和考核，并对其培训基地进行认证。研究生医学教育认证委员会(Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education，ACGME)对住院医师培训基地进行认证评估和监督。遗传咨询认证委员会(Accreditation Council for Genetic Counseling，ACGC)则对遗传咨询师培训项目进行认证和评估。我们重点详细介绍了ABMGG、ACGME和ACGC相应培训基地的标准以及评估措施，希望对中国建立规范化的培训基地提供借鉴。 |
