Abstract | A newly developed multivariate calibration method - hybrid linear analysis was applied to determine aminopyrine, antipyrine and barbitone in antongding injection without separation. The absorbance matrix of 7 standard mixtures at 16 measuring points ranged from 220 to 250 nm was used for calibration. The pure spectrum of each component was obtained by least squares method. The recoveries of aminopyrine, antipyrine and barbitone for the analysis of synthetic samples were 99.0%-100.3%, 99.0%-100.8%, 98.5%-101.1% respectively. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of aminopyrine, antipyrine and barbitone in antongding injection samples. The comparison was also made with the standard method. The t-test showed that there was no significant difference between the results of hybrid linear analysis and standard method. |
