AbstractWe report a dual-comb spectrally encoded confocal microscopy (DC-SECM) at 3-MHz frame rate and 8.8-μm resolution. Comparing with mode-locked laser based SECM, DC-SECM features with lower detection bandwidth and higher power efficiency.
