AbstractThis paper deals with process of the coevolution between education technology and teacher practice from sociotechnical perspective. Sociotechnical system is a systematical system which not only looks at technology innovation, but also user side. It shows a dynamic interaction of adaptation and feedback between technology and user which can be seen as relationship between educational technology and teacher. In this paper, by studying on SELTAS project, the coevolution between educational technology and teacher’s practice is identified. The change of educational technology and teacher’s practice is promoted each other under the guide of different rules.
