AbstractThis classroom exploration reports on a one-year longitudinal blogging project conducted by a teacher with his class of fifth-grade English learners in a Hong Kong primary school (N = 34). Analyzing the published work and comments made by students on the blog, this article examines the extent to which blogging raises students’ awareness of audience and desire to write more creatively in English.
