AbstractUterine fibroids and endometrial polyps are common lesions in the female genital tract, and often they are asymptomatic. However, if the lesions are occupying and distorting the uterine cavity, they may cause symptoms such as abnormal uterine bleeding, subfertility and pregnancy losses. This review will discuss the impact of uterine cavity fibroids and polyps on subfertility and pregnancy losses and whether the removal of these lesions will improve reproductive outcome.
