Abstract术后认知功能障碍(POCD)和术后谵妄(POD)是患者麻醉手术后常见的并发症,POCD和POD会增加患者病死率,降低康复率.中药具有多途径,多机制,多靶点的作用特点.通过对参附注射液、参麦注射液、生脉注射液、银杏叶提取物、天麻素、川芎嗪、氢溴酸加兰他敏、石杉碱甲、血必净等中药制剂干预POCD和POD的临床疗效及作用机制的分析与总结,为相应治疗提供新方向.
