| Abstract | 十三鬼穴是指十三個治療神志疾病的經驗效穴。隨著現代社會人們工作生活壓力的不斷加大,身心疾病漸增,十三鬼穴的臨床應用也逐漸重新被重視。為推廣十三鬼穴的應用、給精神疾病的治療提供新的方案,檢索CNKI、萬方、維普等主流數據庫中近20年來有關十三鬼穴的相關研究及臨床應用。分析文獻後發現:十三鬼穴源於春秋戰國扁鵲,後經孫思邈整理入《千金要方》加以流傳;十三鬼穴成熟於明代,但臨床創新多集中於現代;十三鬼穴操作具有特殊性;十三鬼穴的現代研究機理及其與現代研究的契合點有待發掘。十三鬼穴治療精神疾病及一些內科疾病有顯著療效,其臨床應用有待進一步拓展,同時對於其機制及大樣本多中心的高質量臨床研究比較缺乏。 |
