Abstract | Discussing various innovations including the recent publication by the HKSAR Judiciary of unified Family Procedure Rules and the development of collaborative practice. This chapter also analyzes the range of additional measures required to achieve the best possible child law in Hong Kong, in particular, the need for a better multidisciplinary approach to both the reform and practice of child law. The need to develop a specialised Family Court is considered,as is the need for greater research and collection of empirical data to support future reform and review processes. |
