Abstract | A One-Stage Technique For Repair Of Urethral Fistulae After Urethroplasty For Hypospadias Is Reported. A Pedicle Flap Prepared From The Fascial Layers Of The Scrotum Is Interposed Between The Urethra And The Overlying Skin. In The Nine Patients Operated On, There Was One Failure, And It Was Due To Postoperative Hematoma Formation. This Technique Is Especially Recommended For Patients With Multiple Small Urethral Fistulae. |
