AbstractThe Grades 10-12 of the Republic of South Africa Mathematics Curriculum,as the latest version,was released in January,2012.Compared to the curriculums in the past,the most prominent changes in the new version reflect the emphasis evaluation on students.In this version,the background of the curriculum issued,the aims of subjects,the time allocation of subjects,and the content are described in detail,besides all above these,the evaluation on students’ achievement is focused on.In this article,The Grades 10-12 of the Republic of South Africa Mathematics Curriculum,as well as its characteristics,is introduced,expecting to provide enlightenment to senior secondary curriculum reform in China.
