AbstractObjective: To investigate the effect of Jiejing Mixture combined with rehabilitation exercises on spas? ticity after apoplectic hemiparalysis. Methods: Patients with spasticity after apoplectic hemparalysis were random? ly assigned to conventional rehabilitation exercise group and Jiejing Mixture combined with rehabilitation exercise group (n=30 in each group). Ashworth, CSS, and FMA assessments were used to scale muscular tension and func? tion and ADL was used to assess daily life skills. Surface electromyography index,integrate electromyography (IEMG) and root mean square (RMS), were used to detect the tension of upper limbs and legs. Results: Jiejing Mixture significantly decreased muscular tension (χ2=11.072 or 10.693, P<0.05)and their function ( χ2=7.052 or 6.916,P<0.05)and improved patients’daily life skills(χ2=7.527,P<0.05).Both IEMG(χ2=12.526,P<0.05)and RMS (χ2=19.452,P<0.01)of patients treated by Jiejing Mixture also decreased. Conclusions: Jiejing Mixture decreased the muscular tension of patients with spasticity after apoplectic hemparalysis.
目的:研究中药解痉合剂结合运动疗法治疗脑卒中偏瘫后痉挛的临床疗效及作用机制。方法:将60例脑卒中偏瘫后肌痉挛患者随机分为对照组30例,进行运动治疗;治疗组30例,加用解痉合剂治疗;通过Ashworth、CSS、FMA和ADL等方法评价上下肢功能或日常生活能力恢复情况,采用表面肌电图测定上下肢的张力。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组上下肢肌张力显著降低(χ2=11.072 或10.693,P<0.05),上下肢功能明显改善( χ2=7.052或6.916,P<0.05),日常生活能力提高( χ2= 7.527,P<0.05);减少上下肢肌的IEMG(χ2=12.526,P<0.05)的同时显著降低RMS(χ2=19.452,P< 0.01)。结论:解痉合剂可以改善脑卒中偏瘫后肌痉挛,其机制与其降低肌张力有关。
