AbstractThe diagnosis and treatment of cancer can be a stressful and threatening experience, particularly for children. This book will shed light on the impact of cancer and its treatments on the physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being of both children hospitalized with cancer and childhood cancer survivors. Additionally, this book will explore the coping strategies used by children with cancer and their parents. This book reports some empirical studies on evaluating the effectiveness of various psychological interventions in promoting the psychosocial well-being and quality of life of children with cancer. It is anticipated that this book can provide readers a more thorough understanding about the impact of cancer on childrens physical and psychological well-being.
