| Abstract | 本文分析整理了《素問遺篇》中的運氣針法，將其歸納為間氣升降失常針法、司天遷退失常針法、司天在泉剛柔失守針法和臟虛遷正失常針法四種。認為運氣針法把運氣學說和時間治療緊密結合在一起，深刻體現了古代醫家試圖全面把握人體生命現象的睿智和努力；認識《素問遺篇》中的運氣針法，對于全面理解傳統中醫時間醫學的理論、原則和方法都具有十分重要的意義。 |
