Abstract	针刺补泻手法的产生和发展与古代朴素的哲学思想密切相关，针刺补泻手法的价值在学而不在术。数千年来，针刺补泻手法愈演愈繁、纷争不休。追踪针刺补泻手法理论的形成过程，溯本求源，发掘其中的合理内涵，对于继承和发扬祖国医学的宝贵遗产无疑有着十分重要的意义。
