Abstract1996年香港大學瑪麗醫院開展包含肝中靜脈的活體肝移植,擴大了活體肝移植應用范圍,全球活體肝移植逐漸增多。活體肝移植的開展能緩解尸體器官捐贈數不足時的肝移植需求。只要關注供者安全和受者預后,活體肝移植仍是目前終末期器官疾病患者一種可行的選擇。活體肝移植的發展對移植和非移植肝臟手術均有貢獻。 Right liver living donor liver transplantation(LDLT) including the middle hepatic vein was initiated in 1996 at Queen Mary Hospital by the University of Hong Kong.The use of right liver graft expands the applicability of LDLT in adults.Since 1996,the number of LDLT has increased in the world.LDLT can solve the problem of deceased-donor liver shortage.As long as donor safety is taken care of,LDLT remains a valuable operation for patients with terminal liver disease.The development of LDLT contributes to the recent progress of liver transplantation and liver resection surgery.
