China Organ Procurement and Transplantation Surveillance

Abstract

為加快我國衛生體制改革進程和行業信息化建設,中華人民共和國衛生部醫療服務監管司針對我國人體器官移植發展現狀及監管特點,設計了中國器官獲取與移植監測網絡,并委托中國肝移植注冊中心進行構建和部署。該網絡包含器官移植所有相關系統:人體器官捐獻登記系統、人體器官獲取和分配系統、器官移植臨床服務系統、器官移植后登記系統等,融合了多個領域的監管技術和數據處理成果,為衛生行政部門完善監督管理、醫院提高自身服務質量提供了全面的數據依據。本文重點介紹中國器官獲取與移植監測網絡的架構、監管流程及意義。 The China Organ Procurement and Transplantation Surveillance Network was designed by the Department of Medical Service Administration, Ministry of Health in light of China’s current development of organ transplantation and the establishment of the surveillance system to accelerate the health system reform and the establishment of the medical care information network in the country. Developed and deployed by China Liver Transplant Registry, the inclusive Network incorporates surveillance and data technologies of various fields, providing comprehensive data to facilitate healthcare authorities to enforce administration on organ transplantation and prompt hospitals to implement stringent healthcare quality assurance. This article introduces the infrastructure, work flow, social significance and the prospect of China Organ Procurement and Transplantation Surveillance Network.
