AbstractThe article offers information on the efforts of Hong Kong, China government related to the utilization of public spaces of its parks. It discusses several facts which includes variety of ethnic and social groups with multiple cultural identities of the city, designing of various interventions for a public park in Hong Kong, China by four groups of architecture students at the University of Hong Kong and impact of culture on the creation, design, and use of public spaces within the city.
