Abstract | In this paper, we report our recent progress in wavelength tunable organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) and nanostructures. For OLEDs, a considerable color tunability by changing the applied voltage is demonstrated and the mechanisms of the tunability are discussed. For the nanostructures, the tunable emission of ZnSe nanobelts by modifying the operation temperature is reported. The origins of the emission light will be discussed. © 2006 IEEE. |
