AbstractWe study the global anomaly matching condition in N = 1 supersymmetric gauge theories. The condition provides an extra test, apart from the 't Hooft anomaly matching condition, to the validity of low energy descriptions in terms of gauge invariant composites or electric-magnetic duality.
