AbstractA case study on the re-engineering of a small and medium sized enterprise in Hong Kong are presented. The Kaplan's methodology of core process re-design is employed. The issues of improvements in process flow, of the organization's structure, of the departments' adapting to process orientation, and dealing with human resistance are addressed.
